Stayed here a few times and have always loved the spacious rooms however had issues with the heating last time we stayed but Cambell, who works there, went above and beyond to rectify the situation, even upgrading our room when the heating couldn't be fixed and we couldn't be happier with his service. He couldn't have been more helpful and understanding and really turned a negative beginning into a positive ending. Thank you again Cambell

After a slight stumble on check in, the team at Macedon Ranges H&S were fantastic. In particular, Campbell, who went out of his way to assist us when our reservation hadn’t been received properly and sorted us out with a super comfy room. Thank you again to the team and would highly recommended based on service and comfort. :)

Stunning location with stunning views and the spa was absolutely magnificent! The only downside is that our room had a couple of cobwebs accompanied by small spiders as well as a half empty coffee cup on the table. I certainly did appreciate the contact-free check in as it made my journey from Canberra much less stressful. Would certainly recommend a stay here!

I never write reviews but in this instance I feel it is the right thing to do. We ran a conference at the Macedon Ranges Hotel and Spa last November. We have just closed off on the bill after endless incorrect invoices being sent through, clear feedback from us about what wasn't right and strong resistance from the venue to take responsibility. In term of our experience of the place, the rooms were tired and dated, furniture old and faded and in some cases rooms were unclean or problematic re showers flooding into the bedroom. There was no room service so even through we paid over $200 per room, the rooms were not made up. The skeleton staff that were there did their best, but they obviously had limited budget so the conference food was actually awful. The room we ran our conference in was fine, with a lovely outlook but the furniture on the deck was sparse and dilapidated. If you want to take a client group to this venue do a site visit. If we had done this, we never would have gone there. The impact on our business has been significant and negative.

Had a lovely stay at the Hotel. The room presentation was lovely, the spa views were FANTASTIC, and we had everything we needed - including some birthday chocolates for my partner. Loved the little touch :) Definitely will recommend and return.
