Massive room! Room was clean and tidy. Pool area was great also! Staff helpful and friendly. Only downside is the cost of parking! $90 for just under 3 full nights seems extravagant! I think parking should be included in the fees to be honest! And on top of that, if you have a car bigger than a matchbox you’re in trouble! Would definitely stay again and would recommend! Walking distance to lots of attractions!

Wow! We had a fantastic time over Anzac Day long weekend. Little tricky on arrivals to get parking sorted so make sure you phone ahead. Got a free upgrade to a river view room and the bedding/ bed was so comfy!! I just ordered the pillows for my house! Location was FANTASTIC! Close to great food, coffee, every possible tram line and stops right by the hotel. Crown, flinders and all major shopping within walking distance. Highly recommend as it’s so affordable too!

This place is awesome. Rooms are modern and well equipped and always clean. I've stayed there a couple of times and really enjoy it's downtown location near Flinders St station. The indoor pool is really good and they have an excellent spa, sauna and gym. I've only eaten at the restaurant once and the food was good but lots of great food options nearby. I'll stay here again.

Went there for a comedy festival dinner event. The dinner service was below average but that was the best part in comparison to the food! The 3 course meal was somewhere in the vicinity of appalling, the soup tasted like cold canned soup and Roast chicken & Veg ( I didn’t know that Superdry made roast chicken) who knew chickens could be dehydrate so much that it would take a glass of water with each morsel to save you from choking. The supermarket lemon cake resembled a supermarket cake and tasted like it as well. Good thing that the comedy served as a distraction from the dinner on offer.

We had an enjoyable time at the oaks Melbourne on market the room was on a corner position with a great view unfortunately there were a few details with the room that let it down like the poor paint job that left paint on light switches, towel racks and bathroom tiles the toilet roll holder was just about falling off the wall. We had a couple drinks at the bar and tried a few times to get a coffee in the afternoon unfortunately it took a long time to get. The gym and pool were great swell as the sauna.
