Very nice place to stay. Right in the middle of a quaint little town. Our receptionist Julie did an outstanding job taking care of our stay. Nice restaurant on site with a good bar and meals. Our only issue was the EV chargers are out of order. Not too handy when you're way out in the region. The gym and sauna were ok and it was way too cold to use the pool.

We were extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. Upon check-out, we requested water bottles for our family and were told by the reception staff that there were none available. For a hotel charging $300 per night, this is simply unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff—completely robotic, unwelcoming, and lacking basic hospitality. There was no effort to accommodate or even empathize with our request. If you’re looking for good service and a hospitable environment, this is not the place. Definitely not worth the price.

Nice facility but everything else falls a bit short. I have Accor platinum and always get offered early check-in, late check-out, welcome amenities elsewhere. When I checked in here, the reception said someone will bring some welcome gifts to my room but nothing ever came. Later I asked them if I could have a late check-out the next morning, because we want to do a short hike in the morning, got turned down immediately. Fine, so we packed up everything and left before 8:30am, and guess what, there was no one at the reception to manage checkout. I thought Accor has higher standards.

It’s really disappointing that we could not get a bottle of water. We asked the person from the reception and she point blank refused to give us water and we were with a toddler. There was no water in the rooms and it was very clear that the receptionist had but just could not be bothered to get up from her seat and get us 2 water bottles. She damn well made sure we checked out on time.

We stayed with a Luxury Escapes deal and thought it was great value. Room was very comfortable, staff were terrific and the on site restaurant was fantastic. Very good position, we walked local trails to the waterfalls. Pub was pretty good and close to Peppers.
