I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dorsett Melbourne, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff was exceptional, but I would especially like to mention Jeffery. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. His hospitality truly stood out—always eager to assist, offering personalized recommendations, and making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of style and convenience. My family and I recently stayed at the Dorsett and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and modern, and the facilities were well-maintained. I wish the food was more aligned with the hotel, as it wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. My daughter and I made good use of the pool, but a little more space there would be amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive. It's worth a look if you're looking for an accessible hotel location.

My husband and I stayed at the Dorsett for a night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were greeted by Fena at the desk who was welcoming and friendly. We were pleased to receive an upgrade and were surprised with treats and a card in our room. The room was modern, beautifully appointed and clean with extra toiletries that we didn't expect. We enjoyed the pool and buffet breakfast. A wonderful stay. We have already recommended to our friends and we would happily return.

Not bad. Room was clean and well looked after. Buffet was great! Room was quiet, shower was great. When leaving the hotel, the lobby smelt like a toilet. Seemed to be there for days, no idea why. The bar is nice but very $$$, even at happy hour, and has a bad view.

Great family friendly accommodation in a great location - close to the station & a 10 min walk to Melbourne Central. Lots of great Korean BBQ restaurants close by. My son loved the pool and free arcade games. The lounge also looked like it converted to a fold out single bed. Will definitely be back!
