The Real Learning Experience
Arrived after 9pm last week and the staff could have been more helpful or accommodating. The young gentleman who checked me in was so lovely!!! He even found me a wine glass as the bar was closed which I was super appreciative of... very helpful with somewhere I could get some food.... I had booked in here as it was close to the train station and was pleasantly surprised by the room which was nicely renovated... everything I needed for a good nights sleep before an early morning start. Location was 10/10 for what I needed it for. Can recommend Code Black Coffee just down Spencer St towards station for amazing coffee too. Will def stay here again.

From the second we walked in we were treated with amazing kindness, offered an upgrade as it was a special occasion for us as well. The team went above and beyond and the room was lovely. Highly recommend. Super close to everywhere we were going, great location.

Very small room. Very underwhelming and done well to get their advertisement to convince theyre a better hotel than they actually are. Shoutout to izza - she should get the managers job. The manager was a total moron. We were the over the long weekend - and Accor give you a complimentary drink. Before the footy, we wanted a beer. The manager wanted us to order it in the room, despite being dressed up abnd ready to go. izza found a sensible compromise. The manager is clearly unable to manage. Promote izza, as she actually has common sense unlike that male manager. Wouldn't stay here again tbh, very underwhelming.

Friendly service. However a bit strange regrading breakfast fee, but that was resolved in the end. Parking garage available, however it is extremely narrow and you have to leave your car keys at the front desk. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is very good, close to the Southern Cross Station.
