Had a good experience here. The room was good, a bit smaller than I expected but still comfortable. The beds were clean, goodness the decor did feel a little outdated. There was also a smell in the hallways that was not nice. The hot water also takes a while to become warm, I think it took 3 minutes for me in the shower. The shower and bathroom were very small. The staff were helpful and very quick to service. The phone in my room didn't work so I couldn't call them though when I needed help in my room. The location is wonderful, very central in the city and lots of transport and food options nearby.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights from January 27 to February 2, 2025. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved our room. However, the breakfast at the café was disappointing, as the buffet selection remained the same every day. Having identical options for six consecutive mornings became quite monotonous. Additionally, most of the reception staff were not particularly helpful, with the exception of two Asian gentlemen who provided exceptional service. One of the gentlemen is in the last picture, another one I believe is called "Erik"? They are really good.

Overall our stay was nice and centralized and accessible to many locations, especially to the NYE fireworks. We got upgraded rooms which we were extremely grateful for however one of the rooms had a broken aircon and a broken door which made the stay for two families with kids a bit of a struggle. Also the fridge in my room was not working at all.

We didn't stay here but had dinner there, so this review is based on dining. We had an excellent dinner. The service was absolute tops. I ordered the prawn linguine. It was a wine and pesto based linguine. The pasta was cooked perfectly and a good amount of prawns. The better half ordered the pan-fried fish of the day, which was barra. This also was done spot on. Our waiter Tenzing was excellent. He did not miss a beat. We really liked this place and will be back. Congrats to the chef. Highly recommend 10/10

This is probably my least favourite Accor hotel anywhere. As a top tier accor member, I usually receive warm welcome, decent room upgrade and accommodating service. Don't think i received any of that at this hotel. You could feel they do everything half heartedly, reluctantly. If a picture equals to a thousand words. Just picture a young male receptionist opens the luggage store room door and watches patiently for an old customer dragging his luggages down the stairs out of the luggage room. Saving grace is its location and quality of its breakfast.
