Friendly service. However a bit strange regrading breakfast fee, but that was resolved in the end. Parking garage available, however it is extremely narrow and you have to leave your car keys at the front desk. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is very good, close to the Southern Cross Station.

Asked to me moved to a new room as the washroom walls had black mold. I don't know if other suites are the same but if offered room 515 you should request a different room. Was upgraded to a new room that wasn't moldy but was charged an additional $40 per night more for the "luxury" On the plus side, staff were nice.

My partner and I stayed for a week here and it was great. Staff is very helpful and the service is top notch. Rooms are modern with new fixtures and climate control. Daily housekeeping if required with laundry facilities for guest use. Bar downstairs provides an excellent place to unwind with a couple drinks. Two seperate eating areas are provided for breakfast and lunch/dinners. Ideally located near Southern Cross Station and only minutes walk to Crown Casino or Bourke St Mall. Highly recommend.

The Hotel was really nice, beds were really comfortable, the view wasn’t really great, would’ve loved to have an aircon in the room, but quite convenient to the train station given its right across the road. But the manager that was on the night I stayed there with my partner on Tuesday night 2/1/24, was extremely rude to us and we were already dealing with enough stress as it was, but the younger guy Xavier I think his name was, is so helpful and we are grateful for all his help as the older guy I believed was the night manager made us feel very uncomfortable and treated us like riff raff that walked off the streets, when we were just 2 very stressed out people who just had a lot going on in the last week.

Stayed here overnight for business and was a pleasant experience! Room and hotel location are the strong points for this one. The room whilst a simple layout has everything one needs. I was in a mobility room, so perhaps that might be different for others (?). The bed was really comfortable, there was a large TV and the bathroom had everything needed. Location is right next to the main train station, so well located in terms of public transport. The overall hotel is quite nice. Some of the common areas are showing some signs of wear and tear, but nothing too serious. Probably the lift is the most overt signs; they just felt a old and clunky. That said, great experience and I would happily stay here again!
