Place is very cosy and doesn’t seems like a QSR(quick service restaurant). Its busy place with lot of dine in area. High Price match is with the food quality, which is really impressive. Customer service is really nice & attentive to customers. They have a happy hour drinks menu, which is good addition to the order and the happy hour drinks menu is very affordable. Great packaging, where food stayed fresh even after i took the food away.

Ordered the Duchess fried chicken burger (sauce on the side). It was okay. The Cajun sauce didn't really match the sweet pickles, and the chicken was too salty when combined with the sauce. Chicken was quite thin and not as fat & juicy as I would expect from a good chicken sandwich. The sandwich needed lettuce and tomato as well. It was crispy and tasty though.

Excellently priced and generously big meat to burger ratios, resulting in a delicious dining experience. Sides are standard and a little below average, but the burgers are what really matters here. Staff is also very diligent and attentive to keep the place speedy and smooth.

I’ve ordered large cheesy chilli beef fries from them multiple times and on many occasions they have confused Large and Small sizing of the fries. The cheesy chilli beef fries in the pictures attached (ignore the other meals) are considered Large sized. I’ve paid the same amount for all these and this time I’ve actually complained and the manager told me the smaller one is actually the real large size? But I’ve gotten the bigger one previously a few times. What is going on? Did the manager lie to me?

The best chicken you will ever eat, the best service and the best vibes. Their burgers are freshly made, nothing is microwaved, their dips are made fresh in the kitchen and they have vegetarian options. They made milkshakes that taste better than any other milkshake you have has and the BEST limoncello. A must visit!
