I've stayed here twice overnight when I had an early morning international flight to catch and would definitely recommend! The price is good and the service is fantastic. The staff were so friendly both times and ensured we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant and bar have a very nice atmosphere and good food. It isn't a far walk from the airport but I would recommend calling for the free shuttle...despite the signs it is quite a confusing route for anyone who isn't familiar with the airport and its surroundings.

Old hotel that needs a renovation! As a Diamond IHG member I now refuse to stay at this establishment. Rooms are dated (no plugs near the beds for recharging and tea /coffee facilities similar to a rural hotel) Fitness area is a small room with broken or missing weights, unhealthy options for late night dining AND they charge $3 pp for airport shuttle that runs late!!!! Unfortunately the staff know this is a sub standard Holiday Inn and acknowledge the limitation - but what can they do? My suggestion is to avoid and book at Novotel (less price and way better) or even IBIS which at least you get what you pay for. Park Royal is good but always pricey!

A great one night stay before my flight to the UK. The staff are the friendliest people I think I have ever experienced in a hotel! Rooms are super clean, the breakfast and restaurant food were great quality and bed was really comfy too. Can’t recommend enough!

Perfect location right near the airport. Super friendly staff and really nice rooms. I left my toothpaste at home so they gave me some dental kits with toothpaste inside to take with me. The restaurant is pretty expensive, but the food was good. The shower pressure isn't great, but is comparable to most hotels these days. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows are the sort that feel really good when you first lay on them, but quickly turn to pancakes. So bring your own pillow if you can. I'll stay here again.

It's not a top hotel but for what it is, it's great. Close to airport, free shuttle with very short wait. Good size rooms, clean. A bit of road noise but we slept well. Great breakfast! Really nice staff! I would definitely stay here again. I've only given 4 stars because it's not a 5 star hotel, if you see what i mean... but it's great.
