I've stayed here twice overnight when I had an early morning international flight to catch and would definitely recommend! The price is good and the service is fantastic. The staff were so friendly both times and ensured we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant and bar have a very nice atmosphere and good food. It isn't a far walk from the airport but I would recommend calling for the free shuttle...despite the signs it is quite a confusing route for anyone who isn't familiar with the airport and its surroundings.

The hotel and staff were very good. The building works nearby made walking from the airport terminal to the hotel very circuitous and downright dangerous. We had to walk on a main 4-lane road in the dark pulling suitcases and into the face of oncoming traffic. I appreciate that the works are out with your control but some indication of the problem in advance would have been possible by email, text or signage at the terminal. I would happily have paid a taxi but thought the distance was too short.

Perfect location right near the airport. Super friendly staff and really nice rooms. I left my toothpaste at home so they gave me some dental kits with toothpaste inside to take with me. The restaurant is pretty expensive, but the food was good. The shower pressure isn't great, but is comparable to most hotels these days. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows are the sort that feel really good when you first lay on them, but quickly turn to pancakes. So bring your own pillow if you can. I'll stay here again.

It's not a top hotel but for what it is, it's great. Close to airport, free shuttle with very short wait. Good size rooms, clean. A bit of road noise but we slept well. Great breakfast! Really nice staff! I would definitely stay here again. I've only given 4 stars because it's not a 5 star hotel, if you see what i mean... but it's great.

I’ve stayed in countless hotels this year, but the exceptional customer service at The Holiday Inn truly stands out. From the moment we arrived, the gentleman at check-in went above and beyond to make us feel valued. Without me even asking, he graciously offered a late check-out, and his warmth and friendly demeanor were such a refreshing change. The restaurant staff were equally impressive—polite, patient, and genuinely kind. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was consistently courteous and helpful, which is rare in our experience. In most hotels, you’re lucky to find even one staff member who stands out, but here, everyone made us feel welcome and cared for. The room itself was lovely annd spacious, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of the little bar for making tea and coffee. Moving forward, we’ll make a point to prioritise Holiday Inn for our stays—it’s clear they truly understand the meaning of great hospitality.
