The service here is exceptional. I ordered a take-away almond cappuccino this morning then went back later for lunch. To my delight the waitress even remembered my name from earlier in the day. My roast pumpkin salad was delicious so I was further tempted to have a Berry Smoothie to finish off. The cafe is in a great position close to where I'm staying. I'm sure I'll be back to sample further menu delights during my stay. Highly recommended.

So named perhaps for the sizeable playground literally next door which makes this venue perfect for young families. Don’t let it deter the childless though because it is definitely an interesting and unique menu for foodies. Hubby opted for fermented chilli scrambled whilst applauding the coffee quality. I had a hankering for a steak sandwich for a month or so so was delighted to see that feature on the menu. This was certainly the fanciest and most attractive rendition I’ve seen! The meat was tender and the oyster mayonnaise very flavoursome. Definitely add the side of chips. We finished with a couple of sweet treats from the cabinet, a chocolate brownie and carrot cake. You’ve gotta treat yourself right?

Found this cafe through google search while searching for a family friendly venue. This cafe is perfect for people with kids as there is a playground right next door that the kids can play in and can be seen while you’re sitting at your table in the outdoor area. It’s very hard to find kid friendly venues so I was stoked to find this gem. I came here for breakfast 2 days in a row because the kids loved it so much. The food was lovely, coffee was AMAZING, and the babycinos were adorable. (Love that they were served in a takeaway cup with a straw!) Tried a smoothie and hot chocolate too which were both delicious. Quick service, staff were really lovely and accomodating. Would definitely come back again and have recommended to all my friends with kids!

Such a beautiful setting for a cafe. I love coming here especially when I'm riding my bike. We had a great coffee and brunch polenta with mushrooms and the roast pumpkin salad dish. Very healthy and tasty. The staff are attentive and friendly. Will keep coming back.

This cafe has been rebranded to District 35. The food was delicious, however the service was lacking. We continuously had to get the waitress’s attention to order food, and when she spilled water on the floor, she just left it there. I had to ask someone behind the bar to tidy it up as it was right in the walk way. It wasn’t even busy, so that was certainly not the issue. Missing the vibe it used to have as Park St cafe.
