⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paul at Kingpin Game Lounge is absolutely outstanding! From the moment we walked in, he made the whole experience fun, easy, and full of energy. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone was having a great time. Super friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what he does — Paul is a real credit to the team. Highly recommend asking for him next time you visit

I used the Ultimate Holiday Pass, which included laser tag, bowling, and arcade credits, with my child. The facilities were spacious, and the food we ordered for the bowling games was delicious. Thanks to Joel's meticulous attention to detail, we had a truly enjoyable time. I will definitely be back again.

This is a lovely place to hang out with friends and family definitely recommend if looking for a good time out. Tahj has great customer service and was very polite. Definitely recommend giving him a raise. 10/10.

Celebrated my sons 18th Birthday at King Pin Crown Melbourne The customer service I received from planning the event was excellent and the 2 party hosts were amazing they so friendly helpful we arrived a little earlier they arranged us a place to sit food and drinks were delicious everyone had a great time would highly recommend for any celebration or even a night out bowling with friends
