A flat floor space suitable for cocktail parties of up to 700 people, banquet/theatre style (500), or cabaret-style (300). The Eucalypt features sweeping views of Australian native gardens, a 256 square meter dance floor, formal staircase, four build-in projectors and automated screens. 

The Eucalypt is serviced by a full commercial kitchen and a team of expert chefs that can for everything from a casual morning tea to a formal three-course banquet. This room is ideal for expos, formal dinners, product training (4WD vehicles can be displayed), and concerts.

A world-class 497 seat theatre is capable of professional theatrical performances. Featuring multi-million dollar inbuilt audiovisual systems and freedom to install full theatre staging. Launch your event with anything from a simple on-stage return to pyrotechnics, 150 person choir, dancers, and orchestra. 

Featuring ushers, box office, in-house catering, dressing rooms for up to 150 performers, 175 seats backstage theatre with live relay video link capability, optional orchestra pit, all serviced by a semi-trailer accessible backstage area. Display products as large as a 4WD to kick off your conference or product launch in style.

Yan Yean Theatre

Lakeview is a 115 square meter flat floor private meeting room that can be divided into two. It features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony, suitable for small meetings or private phone calls. It also features an executive bathroom with a shower, kitchenette, and lift. 

Lakeview is suitable for cocktail parties up to 80 people, theatre-style seating for up to 70, classroom style for up to 45, and banquet style for up to 60 people. This space is often also booked by those utilizing the Eucalypt or Red Gum rooms as an administration or private meeting area.

Flexible flat floor room with calming views over PRACC's acres of native gardens and lawns. Featuring a built-in projector, sound system, dance floor, optional stage and set the mood with your choice of colored LED ceiling lighting. 

Hold the formal elements of your event indoors, then enjoy myriad additional options around the center such as outdoor group activities, theatre experiences, fully catered fine dining banquet, or relaxed drinks and nibbles.

Blue Gum

Hiring the foyer is a useful addition to bookings of other rooms, theatres, or outdoor areas at PRACC. It's ideal as an accreditation area and for drinks or nibbles before and after your event. PRACC features a full commercial kitchen and we can cater for up to 700 in our foyer. Also shown in the pictures below is how a client has incorporated a foyer display with larger product displays to the front and rear of the center.

Intimate 175 seat theatre ideal for live performance, product launches, or a staff meeting with a full audiovisual experience. The Woodstock theatre features full blackout curtains at the rear, that can be removed along with the glass rear wall, to allow additional alfresco seating and a more relaxed feel, ideal for warmer days. After your theatre session, options include the booking of other indoor or outdoor areas for group activities, private meetings, formal dining, or a cocktail party.

Our small to mid-sized Red Gum Room is ideal for business meetings, cocktail functions or dinners. If you’d like to utilise more space for registration or catering purposes, the outside foyer is available for use, as well as adjacent rooms that can be seamlessly connected to create more room for your guests.

In addition to providing flexible indoor space, including our extremely well-used theatre hire space, we also cater for outside events of all types. Very large, modern and well set out event and function space. I like the all-gendered bathrooms. Very inclusive, and creates a safe space for everyone in our community.  Lots of free parking nearby.

The convention centre is really good. The auditorium is sizeable and quite lively when it is a full house. The patio is big with quite a few places to sit down.

We have had our organiser for our Expos book this a number of times and it is a worthy venue with good lighting and acoustics.A plus is the lecture Room I have used for my lectures at the Expos with plenty of seating in a classic classroom in the round style.

Seats are comfortable. Good sound quality. Big change rooms. Spacious foyer area. Plenty of parking. They have floor mics and aisle speakers. Wise stage dimensions. Balcony seating is optional.

The theatre rooms are very nice, and have a cosy yet modern feel to them. There's a good amount of parking available, and it's very conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the south morang train and bus station. I've enjoyed visiting this location each time I've been.
