Highly recommended. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet all at a fantastic price for the quality. Friendly, helpful staff. Tasty and good selections for breakfast with fantastic coffee! Such a prime position, being well off the road but with close access to the freeway to Melbourne. Eateries and shopping close by too.

would have given zero star if I could. my 'freshly cleaned room' had spew on curtains when I checked in, the shower head is so dirty and clogged I had to chase the water around to get wet, the white grout in the tiles is now a brown colour, no high clean has been done as there is HEAPS of dust and hair ontop of the bathroom cabinet mirror thing, the carpet is torn and stained, I've had the do not disturb sign on my door the whole time, yet cleaners still came in and refilled the minibar and left a half drank 1.25L coke in my fridge!!! there aren't any windows you can open for fresh air and the breakfast doesn't change at all. same thing every day. the coffee supplied in the room is absolute pus and they only give you enough for 2 cups, room service closes at 8.30pm(lol) and is super expensive. tv wasn't even plugged in and had to crawl under desk to plug in so I could use, the wifi is slower than my 4g phone internet, one of the bedside lamps is bent, no power points near bed so you can't charge your phone next to the bed, not enough blankets on bed so it's cold at night. tried calling reception but nobody ever answers, the list goes on and on. very unimpressed. and they have the nerve to call themselves a 4 star hotel just because they have a 'microbrewery' downstairs. it's honestly more like a 2.5 star hotel with some makeup on. don't spend your hard earned money here, it's not worth it...

Nice and cozy hotel! Parking and breakfast included which is amazing! Love the breakfast so much!!! The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Melbourne and do not need to stay in the city.

Nice, basic place to stay. Staff were nice. Rooms were ok, small. Showers need better screens, water sprayed out into bathroom. No hand soap at basin, so had to use pump soap in shower. Wasn't too bad, comfy bed and relatively quiet. Buffet breakfast had a good assortment but some of the food was cold even though under heat lamps.

What a gem this was! From the moment of meeting Anthony at front and being welcomed, to the check in and the room itself. The breakfast was incredibly delicious special thanks to the chef radika for the perfect poached egg with hot and crispy bacon for my partner kelly.the Gluten free option was also available for my partner and she loved the creamy scrambled egg. Coffee was also amazing. Room were nice and clean. This was sensational value and felt like everybody cared, I felt that the service delivered deserved a review. I have stayed at a lot of places way more expensive who certainly couldn’t deliver customer experience like how I was treated. 5 min walk to the woolworth, outlets across the road everything was very convenient and look forward to returning soon with my wife. Thank you team and keep up the great work! Staff was kind and friendly.
