The top floor has beautiful views of the city. It is surprisingly quiet inside the hotel building l. The hotel is clean with lovely features like being dog friendly, a well appointed gym. We had catered food here for a function and dietary requirements were done very well.

Very pleasant stay. Snagged late checkout, breakkie included and late checkout for $209. Staff allowed us to check in a little early in a different room. Glad we got the parking early because there isn't a lot of it! But it's very safe and secure. The breakfast was super fresh, including the little bread bits. Really loved the pool table and games in the lobby

Arranged for an Industry Association Dinner at Element Melbourne, and the Service, Meals, Room, was outstanding. The care and friendly attention provided by all staff was above and beyond our expectations. Nothing was missed, could not have asked for more.

Staff were welcoming & attentive. The grounds, beautiful, so quiet & peaceful considering it's so close to the city. Facilities were fresh, clean & stylish. Parking was safe & secure. A tram stop on the main road had us at the sporting precinct quickly & with ease. Looking forward to staying again.

This was a decent hotel at a decent price. It is right off a tram stop, which is good if you already have a Myki card. If you don’t have one, you have to walk to Hawthorn Station to purchase one. It would be helpful if they had them for purchase at reception, as another reviewer mentioned they offered in the past. The rooms are very compact, so there’s not much outside of a bed, bench, small table and bathroom. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, as it seemed to be two twin beds put together to make a larger bed. I dropped off my laundry ($25 charge for ten pieces of clothing) between 7:00-8:00 a.m. and was told I would have it back that evening. When I went back the next day to check on the status, my laundry had not even been started, so I was told it would take 2-3 hours, which was upsetting since I didn’t have many clean clothes available. I’m not sure what happened, but I assume my laundry was forgotten about, but I’m glad I inquired about it. I will most likely not stay at this property the next time I’m in Melbourne
