This hotel is well-suited for both solo travelers and families with children alike. The inclusion of a full kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher significantly eases the stay for parents. Moreover, the layout, with separate living room and bedroom areas, ensures privacy and undisturbed relaxation for guests. While the breakfast selection may not be extensive, it covers all essentials for both adults and children. The pool is delightful, and its location in the heart of the city provides easy access to numerous restaurants, attractions suitable for all ages, and excellent transport connections. The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and we look forward to returning in the future. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to all the city has to offer while maintaining a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. This was a very memorable stay. The attention to a customers needs really blown my mind. We headed to the hotel straight after arriving via a red eye flight, thinking of just freshening up since it’s way too early for check-in. To our surprise, the hotel checked us into our room without us even expecting for it at all. This was such a perfect start to our holidays. And the view from our apartment was fantastic. There is nothing to even pick on: will certainly go back again next time I visit Melbourne.

Always enjoy our stay with Quay West. Your staff are always great, especially the lovely bartender. My only disappointment is that it is not a 5 star hotel. Our apartment was run down. Maybe once every 10 years change the mattress. As much as I love my partner, rolling into him because the mattress is so worn makes for an uncomfortable sleep. Also acknowledge your platinum members, a bottle of water and a small bar of chocolate doesn't cut it.

From the moment you walk in the door we always feel comfortable and welcome. Mitchell was friendly , courteous and extremely professional at check in and always ensures you know everything you need to. Was very happy that our Accor plus membership resulted in a lovely upgrade. Young gentleman who checked us in for breakfast and made our coffees was also very friendly and professional. Breakfast was fresh and a great variety as usual. Our room was extremely clean and well prepared again with a lovely choice of pillows.
