Great hotel, has a lot of character. Well maintained, clean and having a restaurant and bar within is a huge plus if you dont feel like leaving the hotel. The pool is nice too.

Had a wonderful two-night stay at Hotel Bellinzona. The hotel is beautiful, the service exceptional, and the beds very comfortable. A heartfelt thanks to Jessica for her kindness and help — it made my stay even more special. Looking forward to returning!

The bed was comfortable and the lounge/bar area pleasant enough, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended. For the price, the experience was very disappointing. The bathroom and pool/spa areas were dated and uninviting, with no real amenities provided. Our room door rattled so badly we had to wedge a bag against it. Service was the real low point: when I called to request a room change, the receptionist sighed as if I were inconveniencing her. On arrival, she ignored me at check-in—even after another guest pointed it out—and was dismissive when I raised the earlier rudeness. Checkout wasn’t much better, with staff again making me feel like an inconvenience. Overall, overpriced and poor service. Only the bed and lounge stop this from being a one-star review.

Stopped in for a late night drink. Espresso Martinis all round. Delicious... It was quiet with only a few having drinks, it was a Monday night after all. The room has many moody little spaces for a drink, comfy overstuffed leather couches and chairs. Tastefully decorated in dark colours. I loved it and I'm looking forward to staying at the hotel my next trip to Hepburn.

A big mistake was taken care of very professionally with little hassle by the lovely receptionist. Unfortunately we didn’t get her name! We accidentally booked a year in advance 🥲, luckily the kind receptionist was able to fit us in a couple of different rooms for each of the 3 nights which I of course can not complain about as I made the mistake of booking for 2026! We found the rooms to be very cozy and spacious, perhaps the bathrooms seemed a little outdated. The bar area is great with the fireplaces making it feel warm and intimate. The bar service was okay. Would like to also mention how attentive and accommodating the staff working in The Virgin Kitchen were.
