We had a bit of a rocky start when we were accidentally given an already-occupied room, but the staff handled it brilliantly. As soon as we came back down, they were calm, kind, and incredibly responsive. Without any fuss, they upgraded us and took full responsibility with grace and professionalism. Truly impressive service under pressure. Thank you for turning things around so quickly and making our stay a great one!

We come here a couple of times a year and it never fails to meet our expectations. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they are always happy to help wherever they can. The rooms are stunning and the beds a very comfortable and big. The location is the best for everything that Melbourne has to offer. It has everything you need right on your doorstep. It’s a short ride to the city and major attractions.

Booked at Hotel Chadstone for a Mother's Day staycation for my family. We had a really lovely time. It was so convenient that the hotel was connected to Chadstone shopping centre. Easy access to food and shopping options. The hotel itself was amazing. Loved the swimming pool although it got a bit crowded at times. I would recommend the hotel to my friends and friends.

The hotel is exceptional the lavish rooms with stunning views from the pool and spa. You feel amazing staying here. Location is everything and the hotel is conveniently situated near Chadstone shopping centre. Buffet breakfast is a must so many variety of foods and the staff are wonderful. At breakfast Cristina and Khang looked after us for thank you so much! All the staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed with our 5 year old daughter and she didn't want to leave. Ella from check in was kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back thank you for a wonderful stay!

Love staying at Hotel Chadstone! Cannot fault a thing. Decor is so chic, rooms are impeccable. Service throughout hotel from the reception to the restaurant is perfect. We even appreciated the courtesy phone call the day before to make sure we had everything we needed upon check in as Accor members. Perfect for a shopping weekend away! Highly recommended.
