Love staying at Hotel Chadstone! Cannot fault a thing. Decor is so chic, rooms are impeccable. Service throughout hotel from the reception to the restaurant is perfect. We even appreciated the courtesy phone call the day before to make sure we had everything we needed upon check in as Accor members. Perfect for a shopping weekend away! Highly recommended.

had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Chadstone. The service was exceptional, staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options to choose from. The rooms were very good, modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also perfect, ideally situated right next to the Chadstone shopping precinct, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable stay with top-notch service!

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Chadstone on the 11th of April! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, especially from the lovely Kiwi girl at reception, who was hands-down the sweetest human ever. It was my husband's birthday and we had a lovely time. The complimentary birthday platter was such a thoughtful surprise (photo) and the buffet breakfast the next morning was absolutely amazing. Thank you for making our celebration so special!

Amazing stay, room was beautiful and view equally so. Breakfast absolutely worth it and so great it’s free for kids under 12. Virtual bowling was also a great treat. Only disappointment was other people not parenting their children in the pool area.
