The Google entry has the "No wheelchair access" symbol (a wheelie person with a line through it) which is usually very helpful, but I notice in their FAQ it says: ACCESSIBILITY PERSA is on ground level, with one entrance having one step into the venue, and a second entrance with three steps – both have ramps available to use when required. The venue also has a disabled toilet. We also accept companion cards. There is plenty of parking and disabled parking near the venue – for specifics, head HERE for details. COMPANION CARDS We are a wheelchair accessible venue, with ramps available for either entrance (one step entrance on Moor St, three step entrance on Brunswick St) and disabled toilet on site. We accept companion cards – pls show you companion card upon entry for a ticketed show. So at least they made a good effort, credit to em.

I can't speak for any other aspect of this place but as a live music venue, especially for louder bands, it's an L. The stage is barely elevated making it hard to see anything and the sound mixing is terrible. All I could hear from Melting/Heavensgate/Bloom last night was drums, screaming and a wave of noise. It's beyond me why smaller venues like this choose to mic the drums. The cymbals reverbing over everything was a big part of the problem. The crowd seemed to be enjoying it though so I guess wanting to actually hear what the guitarists are playing is a me problem.

Enjoyed the atmosphere but the drinks weren't the best I've had. would recommend either way

Where did the fun music that we love and go to? Used to be fun and it was packed for the fun pop songs we all know and now was not the right kind of music which is w hat I came for I want the old back and so does anyone else!

We went to the bottotless and we didn’t get any food even though it was on the menu when booking. Very hangry!
