Went with my friend my first time. We were not dressed casual but not fancy. The security let me in but not my friend which is understandable. That’s the rules. But for our surprise!! I took a look to the people that was around and they were dressing very casual. Also the security asked my friend’s ID before telling him he was dressing too casual. Zero professionalism! I am Spanish and travel around the world, lived in different countries and It is the first time in long time that I can see an act RACISIM. My friend is from Brazil and he showed his ID, he was told he couldn’t get in because he was dressing casual. Just be aware Brazilian people!!

This place is horrible. My girlfriend (who is Italian) and I were there to attend one of her friend's parties. She was instantly let in, they barely checked her ID, yet I was refused entry because of my shoes and bag. Upon walking in after changing shoes and removing a bag I found myself paying some overpriced fee. Then, we saw people wearing the exact same thing as myself but yet I was denied entry. The bouncers discriminate against certain people (Racially) and it's not Melbourne-like. Come here if you want to be disappointed:)

I visited on a Friday night and the place exceeded my expectation 😳 Each floor has a different vibe so you can mixed it up - club dancing, salsa, tango, bachata. I didn't know how to salsa or tango properly but joined anyway 😆 Make sure you don't drive under influence. There are police specifically checking people coming from the Albion after party.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Oye Latino Night Club. I was denied entry simply because I wasn't wearing jeans. This absurd dress code requirement was not communicated anywhere beforehand, leaving me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. It's unacceptable for a venue to have such arbitrary rules without informing potential patrons. I expected to enjoy a night of salsa dancing, but instead, I was turned away at the door. 100% unprofessional , and I advise others to be cautious about this place's unclear and unfair policies. Then I changed my pants and oh surprise! People inside were using pants and even leggings. Not fair at all.
