We had an over night stay. Service was excellent, atmosphere: just lovely. I haven't experienced that type of lobby before, it was all comfy leather arm chairs, fireplaces and an old world feel. The whole building is beautifully decorated and although it is a Victorian style building it had many modern touches. I enjoyed the art on the walls, views from back balcony and beautiful tree outside of our window with Rosella's nesting, and the pool/spa/sauna area downstairs was just perfect. Surprised to find no lift and lugging a heavy suitcase up stairs was not fun. Only complaint from Hubby was there was biscuits with his morning cup of tea. All in all a surprisingly great stay and wewill bee back for our anniversary next year. Thanks Team

Stayed for a few nights, good quality bed, shower was very good, TV with Netflix very nice. Shampoo and Conditioner good quality. Towels and bath robes were nice and good quality. Restaurant and food was nice. Service and staff excellent. Room was clean and well organised with little attention to details. It is an older hotel, we could hear every business that happened next door and upstairs. Privacy is an issue. Air Con is very noisy and needs service. Room key access might need an upgrade to keyless and smart system. Plumbing little bit of an issue due to noise. Biggest concern and very uncomfortable experience was from all the nudity and promiscuous pictures displayed everywhere you look, in the room, in the foyer, in the hallway, even on the glass doors. It felt like a brothel and homosexual hook up house, especially for lesbians as pictures were of naked women having orgis. Do not bring your children there, not a place for kids. That hotel would have been very good destination and holiday spot with so much potential, but ruined by perverse exhibition of lesbian orgis.

Awesome place, artwork, regal and obviously set with a classic feel. Guilded mirrors and funky hallways make for an enchanting experience. The place is a little tired though and need some basic maintenance but you have to look hard ie heat lamp out in bathroom and grout missing out of bathroom tiles (who looks at this stuff? ✋🏽) . The rooms are a little awkward like TV mounted on the side wall so you have to bend your neck to watch it and mirror on the wall in the corner of the room with a club chair in front of it. This said the place has a great feel and the food at Virgin Kitchen is amazing! I'd easily stay here again.

Checked into Bellinzona Hotel on 18th August with my partner for his birthday for overnight stay. Lovely looking place. The fire places around the place were lovely to sit and keep warm if you wanted to. I booked this place because it has a swimming pool, spa and sauna which we took advantage of when we arrived before going to dinner at the lovely restaurant just down stairs and next door connected to the building and later we went up stairs to our room to relax and watch some tv for the night.

A delightful place, perfect for the mid-winter getaway we just had. The balcony room we had was well appointed, quiet, had a lovely view back over the gardens to the hills beyond and was - very importantly at this time of year - warm. Loved the open fires and club style furniture in the lobby and will have to come back on an evening when the bar is open. Hepburn is an excellent alternative to Daylesford, much quieter and more relaxing.
