Stayed here for the grand prix. Booked a room with club lounge access. Service from staff was excellent. The club lounge was a great place to unwind after a day out with complimentary food and drinks between 6-8pm. Buffet breakfast at Collins Kitchen in the lobby was fantastic. Location wise the hotel is in a great spot. It is within the free team zone and the nearest tram station is less than 100 metres away. There were a few minor issues during my stay. Bed had no bed sheet, only a doona and took multiple calls to housekeeping to rectify. Entire hotel lost hot water for about an hour one night. Furniture in rooms is a little tired and could do with an update. Paying over $800 a night I expected a little better. Overall a very nice hotel and I would stay here again.

Flawless indeed! Initially harboring doubts about this place, I was pleasantly surprised by its serene ambiance, facilitating a superb night's rest on a comfortable bed. The staff exhibited unfailing warmth and hospitality from check-in to check-out, leaving a lasting impression. Furthermore, the breakfast offerings surpassed expectations with its quality, freshness, and temperature. Without hesitation, I will opt for this hotel once more should I revisit Melbourne.

Great for staycation, club was nice and handy, gym was good too. Nice to have a swim, spa and sauna too. Plunge pool wasn't very cold though which for me was fine but others might find a bit strange

From the moment you arrive and meet by the valet they help get all our bags to the room. the staff is friendly and easy to book in and check out! The views were amazing. The pool and gym were more than adequate. Would highly recommend a stay

Our room was an hour late, and the staff were annoyed at *us* for wanting to be able to access our room before the concert we booked. We called at 5 and asked the trundle bed to be brought up as soon as possible, and it wasn’t brought up when we got back after midnight. We called immediately and waited almost an hour for it to come. One bed finally arrived at almost 1am, and this trundle bed we are paying 100$ extra per night for had a massive metal bar down the middle, with no mattress over the bar. When a staff member came to review the bed, she acted like it was my problem not wanting to sleep on metal - the floor would have been safer for my spine. Finally after 1am an actual bed with mattress was brought up. An additional issue, which is a much smaller issue but again so annoying - we are paying for 3 of us, and there weren’t even enough towels and face cloths for 2. Just another thing we had to call and ask for. We have been calling all night for the minimum amenities a hotel should have. I have genuinely never had such a bad experience at a hotel and am completely shocked we paid so much (when we booked in July) for appalling service. I will never return to this hotel.
