I had the best time at Fortress Melbourne! I kept thinking how great it is to have such a big community in Melbourne that loves games enough to create a place like this. With three levels, it offers games of all kinds and so many spaces to play them. You can hire almost any game from the bar and play with friends or solo, which is such a fun experience. We wandered around and eventually decided to play a board game called Psycho Killer, which was fantastic. The pixelated fire added a surprisingly cozy touch to the large space, and there were plenty of similar little nooks throughout. We got some drinks, which were nice and reasonably priced, and the service was excellent. Even at 12am the place still had a lively vibe, with dedicated gamers streaming or playing. The space is so well-designed and thoughtfully themed, it’s truly a gamer’s paradise. If you’re a game lover, don’t miss this place! You can even try your hand at arcade games and go for one of the many prizes. It’s really a one-stop shop, and I’m pretty sure you could spend an entire day here just playing games and exploring everything they offer. Check it out next time you’re nearby!

Came here after dinner and movie with friends around 12am. We played Tapple and Cards against humanity. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe - it's so big. Play any board game for $15 is great value. Thanks guys, made for a memorable birthday.

Absolutely fantastic place. My 13 year old had the best time and I was entertained with my friends by Mr Marmalade. What a genius! I have never been so amazed by magic tricks! Loved it! What a great atmosphere for a Friday night. Well done!!!!

Great setting for gamers of all kinds. Food was average but the whole setting is unique and definitely worth going here for a night out and something different Magician went to each table for a wonderful evening
