We have stayed here a couple of times. We did not have a car so cannot comment on parking. However the best thing about this place is location. You can walk to everything. Rooms are clean and tidy and just what you need. We also had the buffet breakfast and it was great. Good assortment of breakfast food and lots of it . The staff we encountered were all helpful. For a good base to explore the city of Melbourne this is a good choice.

My husband I had a wonderful stay at the Victoria. It is a truly a lovely hotel. The staff are so nice. Our room was great and so clean. We had lunch and a few drinks. Everything was wonderful. We returned from the theatre and had a few drinks up stairs . Absolutely wonderful time. We absolutely love this hotel.Looking forward to our next stay.

To know that you took the time to look yourself, and then actually found it, was beyond amazing. The jewelry box contained pieces of deep emotional significance, not just for Dione, but for our daughter Nikita as well—items she collected through the years attending Stray Kids concerts, each one with its own special memory. The relief and joy we felt when we heard you’d found it is hard to put into words. It’s rare to come across someone who truly goes above and beyond. Stayed for a week. Service was perfectly lovely, breakfast was great, location great. Sheets on bed were, however, infested with bedbugs for at least one night - staff were perfectly lovely and immediately changed my room upon request, but reviews left by other customers indicate that this is not the first time this has happened. The bedbugs came home with me, despite my best efforts. Not my favorite experience. If you have to stay here, make sure to double-check your sheets before going to bed.

Overall, only 3 stars as the room is small, quite noisy and looks old fashioned. Hotel buffet breakfast is ok. House keeping is pretty good as they come and clean everyday. Hotel price is pretty pricey as it cost around $800+ SGD for 1 week stay and no hotel breakfast. Good location as it is at the CBD area.
