Checking in at midnight on 9th April proved to be busy with a very long wait, likely due to a shortage of staff. Despite this, the staff were friendly. However, the corridors and rooms appeared outdated, with old decor. The bathroom had an old layout, with mould on the lower door frame, and the floor was uneven from the bathroom to the room area. Overall, the room did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. On the positive side, breakfast was good, and the staff remained friendly. The cooked-to-order omelette and eggs were fantastic. Great location and quiet room.

Stayed two nights in a king room. Location is nice it’s really close to the airport. Room facilities are okay. A sofa and a table with a chair and big screen TV (you can watch movies all day). Service was fine. Late night menu food are good and much bigger than I expected 😂 Breakfast was okay but just wanted more pancakes 🥞

Great location to airport. Rooms clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Late night dining menu is a tad restricted, but what we had was fresh and hot, so cannot complain. Overall our late arrival and early morning was comfortable and would return again.

Stayed for one night as we had an early flight to India the next day. The customer service provided by Fabio who was on the front desk to greet us was outstanding. Fabio is an absolute credit to the hotel, he was very helpful. accommodating and polite. The rooms were neat and tidy, there is a decent restaurant on site and the location to the airport is perfect, you can actually walk to the terminal although they do provide a free shuttle bus.

When customers service and hospitality is a hotels core function and they can’t meet the minimum standards it’s time for a management change at this hotel. Old and worn facilities. Room smelled like dirty socks. Found a long back hair in my bed and hair in my bathtub. If they miss the big dirt what else do they miss. Checked into the hotel and asked if they would be able to switch credit cards from the original reservation credit card and they refused. I spend 170 nights a year in a hotel and this is the first time I ever had this experience. As a business traveler I am sure you can understand company policy with regards of company card charges and reimbursement but this holiday inn could care less. I usually split my hotel stays between Marriott and IHG brand hotels but this terrible experience answers the question who deserves my business. Upon checking out the front desk wasn’t able to provide me a printed receipt compounding my reimbursement struggles. Thanks Holiday Inn. Where the customer is second to the needs of the hotel staff.
