Stayed one night prior to flight. Clean contemporary building and rooms. Staff very helpful with checking in process and any questions we had. Located withing walking distance of airport. McDonalds and convenience store within walking distance. Special mention needs to be made of the in house restaurant. Had dinner there. Food was well made and tasty. Prices were reasonable. Rare to find a restaurant of this quality at a mid priced hotel. Only negative is that the hotel has implemented a $3 pp charge for the airport shuttle, so that certainly takes the free hotel shuttle out of their offerings.

Great location for early/late flights or airport stays. This place has a full bar and restaurant with fantastic opening times for travellers. Staff are polite and helpful. Decent size rooms, full facilities, quiet and peaceful.

Room was adequate with comfy beds. Check in was pleasant though check out was not. Two of us stayed in a twin capable of sleeping four, however no furniture other than one desk chair and nothing else to dine on with the room service. Room service was convenient with the limited offerings from the dine-in restaurant with more offered for in-room service, though the food was terrible. $35AUD for a standard chicken parmi, that was overcooked and dry with some store bought sweetened sauce and rubbery moz cheese, accompanying shoes string fries were dead cold and wooden with the salad limp, wilted and ready for the bin. A high school student would have made better in home ec. Convenience of shuttle service to the airport. Would I stay again, maybe, but for the convenience but not for the service or food.

I've stayed here twice overnight when I had an early morning international flight to catch and would definitely recommend! The price is good and the service is fantastic. The staff were so friendly both times and ensured we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant and bar have a very nice atmosphere and good food. It isn't a far walk from the airport but I would recommend calling for the free shuttle...despite the signs it is quite a confusing route for anyone who isn't familiar with the airport and its surroundings.

We stayed here to take advantage of the stay and park offer. Our twin room was spacious and spotless, choice of labelled soft and firm pillows and environmentally friendly vegan products in the bathroom. Room service was quick and check in and out was also quick. Definitely recommend
