Exceptional Service at Grandstar Reception! We recently held my sister's wedding reception at Grandstar and were blown away by the outstanding service we received. From the initial meeting to the big day, the team was responsive, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Special mention to Neelesh, our event manager on the night, he was extremely professional, patient, and kind. Him and his team of staff made the evening truly special. The venue was beautiful, and the team's flexibility with the unpredictable weather was greatly appreciated. They were kind to allow us to use one of the other function rooms to take our professional photos. We highly recommend Grandstar to anyone looking for a exceptional wedding reception venue. We'll definitely be back for future events!

We recently hosted a party at this venue for my niece's 18th birthday, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly easy to deal with. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—even handling last-minute changes to the event with ease. Their helpfulness and attention to detail made the entire process so much easier. The food was well-prepared and enjoyed by many of our guests. Combined with the great atmosphere of the venue, it created a wonderful experience for everyone. The space was beautifully presented, spacious, and perfectly suited for our celebration. Everything was very affordable, making it an excellent choice for hosting events. The birthday girl had an amazing time, and seeing her so happy made the day even more special. We’re truly grateful to the staff and management for their efforts in making this event a success.
