5 stars across the board here. I honestly can't find much at all to nitpick about this hotel. Absolutely great value.
Aircon works very well. Quiet. Modern hotel. Amazing location. Room layout thought out very well with its slightly limited space.
I honestly don't know if I've been in a better hotel ever in my life.
Will absolutely look to come back if I'm in the Melbourne region again.

A wonderful Stay!
Fabulous location, plenty of parking in the surrounding blocks and in the drive way. Staff were amazing. The breakfast was top notch! And let's not forget the wonderful views of Melbourne from the outside balcony. Perfect place for a drink. Thank you!

Rooms are tiny but cute and neat and tidy. The only issue I have is the air con can be quite noisy sometimes and if you turn it off then the room gets way too hot even in winter. Service from concierge is great. Buffet breakfast is okay but not that great. The bar is a lovely spot to relax and have a drink. Location is amazing!

Hotel rooms are ok, what you would expect for 4 star, basic and a bit small but adequate. Breakfast is substantial but closes a bit early at 9.30 weekdays. Beware that checkout is 10am not 11am or 12 noon as is standard around the world. The biggest complaint I have is our room wasn't cleaned on 2 occasions even though the 'please make up room' sign was placed on the door on both days at around 10.30am.

Great place to stay for the money. Clean, comfortable, quite rooms with blackout curtains. Buffet breakfast is good. You can of course get better but you you will also be paying a lot more as well. Great location as only 4-5mins walk from Spencer St station and Sky bus. Stayed here a couple of times and keep coming back.
