Held a Mother’s Day school function here for over 400 mums. The staff at Encore were amazing. Some of our props arrived unassembled and we had 90 minutes to get everything together. Everyone jumped in to help. The venue looked amazing. The finger food was plentiful and great quality. The cloak room worked so well (usually a bottle neck at past events). The planning process was a breeze with Jess. She was very accomodating. We’ve received great feedback from those attending about the venue. We will be booking again! I highly recommend for a stress free quality event!

What an amazing venue Encore is. We held a corporate event there recently and nothing was too much for them. The Event Manager, the team of staff, the chef, the amazing food, even the security guard were all so helpful. We felt confident that they could deliver on our needs, even given the tight timeline. Jess, the very talented Event Manager, had every single detail covered. All of our team members loved it. I would not hesitate to recommend them, (hopefully this review doesn't do me a disservice - as we might need them again next year!!!) I will have to book in fast! Thanks again to all of Encore Team, you are all truly amazing!

We had our Wedding Reception at Encore in October 2024 and wow... we love Encore, Kate and the entire team there. From the Open Night where my husband and I were first introduced to the team to the Follow Up Emails post-Wedding with Kate, the service has been 10/10! I could not recommend Encore more to friends, family and whomever will listen. Nothing was an issue and Kate handled everything with expert class the whole way through. I'm defiantly a Type-A Bride so I was over thinking and panicking on every single detail and the way Kate was able to calm my nerves and accomodate to every single request was sensational. The food on the night was spectacular, we're a big Italian family so we're big on food and we had no negative feedback. The antipasto and custom Ravioli we did with the Chef was *Chefs Kiss!* I want to do it all again, I loved every single moment of our day! Thank you again to the entire Encore Team!
