Worst place to book an event. Guests are left waiting with no assistance. The first time, we waited an hour; this time, we almost missing the event entirely. The receptionist showed no urgency and refused to check if anyone could let us in, only making a phone call—even though the organizer was likely busy presenting. Unprofessional and disappointing service.

Waterman is a lovely space to work, no matter the location. The staff are friendly, engaging and always happy to help. They have regularly events to bring their clients together to connect and network. Monday brekkies are great. Work-wise, the Wi-Fi is fast, the chairs. monitors, printers and standing desks are great, along with communal spaces.

At a time in my life where I am needing to reduce my stress levels due to burnout I went to visit this space but unfortunately found the area too busy and confusing & stressful to find the parking. It was also not easily locatable. I just drove back home which was a bit of a shame as I was interested in trialing this location.

Waterman is the perfect place to start and grow your business. You have the opportunity to network within the building complex having a range of other businesses right at your fingertips. The common area to use if you need a break away from the office scenery. The lunch room has a table tennis and arcade game to have a wind down and relax during break and lunchtimes. Building complex staff are all friendly and helpful always ready to help and lend a hand. Highly recommended Waterman to everyone.
