We went gold class a week ago at fountain gate. The experience was far from gold class experience. The person took our order was so slow we missed start movie instead asking help to use vouchers stood there at computer til manager went to assist as he saw us watching her. Then she told us it was 200 dollars in food and drink when the reciept said 148.60 .didn't give the remaining of our 200 dollar voucher back .til I requested it .finally we get in movie started. Then food arrives it was well below good quality. The chicken tenders were very small burnt and dry and the beef sliders patty burnt and roll was days old and stale and prawn sliders roll was same stale and dry and prawns still frozen cold.. we will not be eating in gold class again .we will eat else where with quality food..

Took the grandkids to see The Wild Robot. The session said VMAX so I thought we are in the newly renovated seating. NO WERE DOWN THE BACK IN CINEMA 11. Here is a plan of what seating I thought I paid for, but didn't get.

Gold Class last night - got ignored at the front desk for a good five mins. Was not greeted nicely. Food was horrible. One burger cold, the other too hot - how does that even happen? One was microwaved and the other wasn't?? Cinema was not air-conditioned and was stifling!! Coffee afterwards was disgusting. Tasted like it was made from leftover coffee grinds. Half the staff were friendly - the other half weren't. Overall it was a horrible experience and two stars is probably generous.

Cinema 4 is in such a bad state. There are no letters on the aisles. Holes in chairs and fabric ripped off time for upgrades! Not very comfortable
The Zebra Effect
What a lovely night out at the cinemas. Cared for by Zul the whole time. Professional and friendly. She even offered to help walk our popcorns to our seats. Zul ensured we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back! Thanks again 🙏🏻 🍿 ❤️
