Staying for 1 night only I thought the place is in a beautiful setting with lovely gardens and lots of gum trees. The receptionist was pleasant and recommended we eat at the restaurant attached to the motel it's a Italian pizza plus The food was amazing. The room 11 even though dated was huge. The bathroom you could swing a cat in. The bed was clean and comfortable over all I thought it was delightful and would stay again in this room

Everything was good, v friendly staff, fairly new hotel with lovely smell of new carpets, vg breakfast, large room, Queen bed, huge TV, big free car park. A bar would have been nice but used the Sportsbar next door

As a last minute booking, Emma made our stay warm & welcoming. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the shower awesome size & car parking onsite. If visiting Pakenham then highly recommend staying there.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was a great place to stay. Fresh, new and clean with fantastic facilities. Friendly staff, with a shout out to Emma who went above and beyond in making our stay amazing.

The hotel was nice quality and the room was clean. We were just extremely disappointed in the quality of the breakfast. Extremely limited selection and what the do have is the cheapest version possible. Think tip top white bread and lower than supermarket quality pastries. Also breakfast doesn't start til 8am on the weekends which we didn't realise when booking, so we would start our day before returning to the hotel for breakfast. It is available from 7 on weekdays, which is better, but likely still too late for a lot of people.
