I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I had with your this venue and the service provided by Tarun, who was responsible for coordinating our booking. I initially discovered this venue through Tagvenue, where it was clearly stated that any cancellations made two months prior to the event would result in a full refund of the deposit. Before making any payment, I directly clarified this with Tarun, who reassured me that in the event of cancellation, I would indeed receive my deposit back. Unfortunately, two weeks after making the deposit, unforeseen circumstances arose, preventing us from proceeding with our wedding. When I contacted Tarun to request the refund, he once again confirmed that the deposit would be returned to me within six weeks. However, it has now been six weeks, and I have yet to receive the refund. Not only have the promises made to me gone unfulfilled, but Tarun has also been unresponsive to my emails and calls. This lack of accountability and communication is deeply frustrating and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed by the manner in which this situation has been handled.

We had my sons birthday party in the foyer of the reception. Event manager Jayd was very accommodating throughout the process and on the day and her assistant Brittany was very welcoming of our needs on the day. The food was delish too, all guests were happy with the quality and quantity! We had a great time and for future events will be back. Thank you !
