I could not recommend the venue and the staff high enough. We had my twins 21st at The Pier. Jake has been amazing and accomodating to all our requests and very helpful. The whole team went above and beyond to make it a memorable evening from the time of first contact, on the night and even afterwards with packing up. The food and drinks were amazing and the venue is just gorgeous. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone .

What an incredible experience :) First time dining here and it's classy without being pretentious. Service was impeccable as the staff were engaging, helpful and very attentive. But importantly, how was the food I hear you ask... "Shut up and take my money!", is my answer :) Fresh, delicious and filling! Great menu with a variety od options. Will definitely be back :)

We booked dinner at the Pier. The vibe is very cosy and warm. The fireplace is adding to the overall atmosphere and it's giving a romantic twist to the restaurant. The food was very good and came out quickly. The service was good, however, the waiters kept hovering over us a lot of the time which made it hard for us to keep up with our conversation.

Did not expect much as in a touristy spot, but food was excellent, service superb, would go back for sure on a lazy Sunday afternoon

Celebrated our wedding on Saturday night under the guise of an engagement party. Jake went over and above to make our day so special- nothing was too much trouble! Staff were so friendly and accommodating, food was first class and atmosphere was exceptional!!!!! Highly recommend The Pier Hotel for any occasion. Will be back there again for another fabulous party!!! 5 solid stars!!!!
