The 'Happiness Team' is what makes this co-working space stand out for me. I've worked out of several co-working spaces across Australia, Singapore & San Francisco. The customer experience at Creative Cubes is the best I've come across. For example, a happiness team member will physically walk to my desk to let me know when a guest has arrived, because they know I'm not always going to see the email notification. Sometimes they even buy me time if I'm running late! Brilliant.

We held our workshop, Girls Who Glow, for 50 teenage girls at Creative Cubes and couldn't have been more happy about how well it went. It was one of our favourite venues we have had! The space was modern, comfortable, had everything we needed, and so much beautiful natural light as we looked over the city. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Peace of mind guarantee
Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 7 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking providing you give 7 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
Any request for a refund, cancellation or rescheduling must be sent in writing to the VenueNow Customer Support team to ensure your request is actioned.
