We had a large group booking for 20 people. Despite there being another function on at the same time, the service and quality of the food was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful, in particular the manager Hayley. We will definitely be back again soon!

Communications via email to organise the event were well handled. Loved having use of a semi-private space for a work group of 13. Ample room to stand and mingle, then sit for the meal. Good selection of a la carte meals, including low gluten options. Good service, even if there was a hectic storm that created mayhem and caused a diversion in staff's attention. We enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend.

Great food, pleasant atmosphere. But we were let down by dessert. The lovely waiter asked if we would have dessert, we said yes, and then he disappeared. We didn't see him again, and no other staff came to provide us with menus or check on us. I think we were forgotten about, as we were by then the only table seated in that section. We waited probably 20-25 minutes before giving up, paying and leaving. I think it was a case of not enough staff, and "out of sight, out of mind", but it doesn't feel good to be forgotten about like that.

Had a Grand Final reservation, reserving was easy and tables were laid out well. Great service and friendly staff. We had a slight issue with a food item and they fixed it up for us right away, we appreciated that a lot. Lovely welcoming venue and great atmosphere. Had a great time!

Great pub in Richmond. There are many pubs in Melbourne especially in Richmond. The bridge hotel is the one of my fave pub. They offer great value of “what’s on” specials. I really enjoy their Parma Day ( every Wednesday from 4pm $20). They offer “Happy Hour” 4-6pm. So if you have their Parmi during their happy hour, amazing deal!! I also like their customer service, always warm welcome with nice smiles and not only friendly but also helpful. I love pubs. I frequently go to this pub because I feel good every time after I leave. This is the most important thing for “pubs”. I highly recommend this place.
