Located close to our office, this hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious, well laid out with a lounge suite. The beds are comfortable and each room seems to have a nice view. We held a team building session in the function room with 30 staff and the service was excellent. The staff were very attentive and food served at dinner was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel

Can’t fault my time there. The hotel is gorgeous, vey modern, exceptional service, the staff were professional and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was delicious and of a high standard showcasing local produce and the cocktails were to die for!!! Would highly recommend staying here!

Hyatt Carribean is a beautiful place to stay, they tick all the boxes, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, the bar and restaurant are stunning. The rooms have everything you need, clean with great amenities. It’s in a great convenient location if you have business or family in the SE suburbs. I’ve enjoyed my stay every time. Thank you to all your lovely staff.

Great option in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Compact but well thought out rooms. Rooms are immaculately maintained - still look brand new. Great staff. Very easy road access. Also look after Hyatt Globalists members which is always appreciated,

IMHO an excellent working hotel. Hotel is sited near new business park. All common areas are modern, semi minimalist and tres chic. Rooms are very well appointed. You get free chilled filtered water, the gym is excellent. Menu is excellent quality, one could claim more gourmet than the clientele. I saw end of year corporate parties and wedding receptions there. Staff are wel-trained and highly professional. As per the Carribbean Gardens name- blame ye NOT the Hotel but the late 1970's Australian owners/ marketers whose panglossian to the extremely ridiculous or exceptional droll wit named it such likely aided by coma-inducing levels illicit drug consumption. Following apocalypse-like destruction of former greasy Carribbean Gardens- it's far more pleasant.
