We are a local tour operator that deals with large international groups. Since 2022 we have arranged for all our guests to stay at this wonderful hotel. The standard of the rooms are exceptional and much cleaner and vibrant than those of other hotels in the CBD. The hotel staff have always been accommodating and very professional in their tasks and their communication has been world class! Given the size of the groups we have, the check in process has always been smooth without any unnecessary delays. Looking forward to our new groups arriving soon.

Beautiful place to stay, clean, buffet breakfast very satisfying and great variety. I was going to give all 5 stars but it two weeks for our security bond to come through. I called up the first time and reception said it will be In the following day. Then my husband called end of the week and they transferred it within COB. It was stated that it would take 2 to 4 business days. This didn't happen

Guys, well done - I couldn’t be happier with my stay. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and checking in was simple. The rooms are absolutely amazing, super clean and functional. Food is amazing, cooked with love and very modern. It’s one thing to build something amazing but to deliver the service and quality of food as well is truly deserving of success. Had my son’s 21st. The staff at Hyatt Place are wonderful. Great location with plenty of parking. The food was amazing, served on time and presentation was beautiful. Thank you to Bhawanthi, Salony, Chef and the wonderful team during our event at Park Hyatt on 21st December . We had a wonderful experience.

We travel from a rural area in Victoria, usually for medical appointments. The Hotel is situated very centrally in The Eastern suburbs. The staff are wonderful always cheerful and helpful. We have continued to stay here as the facilities are great, parking is free, checkout efficient. The service for food and beverage is fine, we have dined in, shared coffee in the lounge. A very comfortable stay.
