Guys, well done - I couldn’t be happier with my stay. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and checking in was simple. The rooms are absolutely amazing, super clean and functional. Food is amazing, cooked with love and very modern. It’s one thing to build something amazing but to deliver the service and quality of food as well is truly deserving of success. Well done, I look forward to my next stay!

We travel from a rural area in Victoria, usually for medical appointments. The Hotel is situated very centrally in The Eastern suburbs. The staff are wonderful always cheerful and helpful. We have continued to stay here as the facilities are great, parking is free, checkout efficient. The service for food and beverage is fine, we have dined in, shared coffee in the lounge. A very comfortable stay.

Hyatt Scoresby Melbourne was a newly built hotel. It had extremely clean and very quiet surroundings, making it a very relaxing place to stay. The hotel also had a large car park area. The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean. We stayed there from 7-9 September 2024. The breakfast was excellent, and the cappuccino was really good. The staff were extremely helpful, always smiling, and eager to assist. Above all, the price was extremely affordable.

A 4 night stay and no coffee or milk after the first morning. A fly, flew into my wine and a cold meal, oh yes it was presented beautifully and tasted lovely but would have been so much nicer hotter. That said the staff have been very friendly and the room very quiet and comfortable.

Attended on Sunday 10th November for a High Tea. Tier tray food was exceptional. Highly disappointed with the Scones. Burnt rock hard & flat. Raised with the server (was not the only customer who did) who spoke with her supervisor. Manager came over with 2 new Scones (there were 3 people at table) which were worse than the 1st ones, supervisor advised the chef said that was all they had. (Takes 20 minutes to make up and cook a batch - there was still an hour of tea service remaining). Had to explain & show a picture to the supervisor of what Scones actually should look like. 10 minutes later supervisor returned advising she had spoken with her manager who offered a partial refund. 5 minutes later she returned & advised that as it was prepaid (unsure how she did not now this as that's how you do your High Tea). That the finance team would be in touch the next day. 2 days later including a follow up email from me & still no response. Don't offer High Tea if you are unable to master the basic component which is Scones
