We were warned that there was some renovations going on, but we felt the disruption was minimal and very well handled with respect to the guests!! Had a lovely stay, staff were amazing, room was spotless and very well appointed. Had dinner at the restaurant, which was fabulous and our included breakfast was table service with a lot of choice. Can’t wait to come back after the renos are complete. Pool area was also amazing! Highly recommended.

Our recent stay at your hotel was certainly nowhere near the minimum expectations for rate that we were charged. Firstly, there was no communication to us prior to our stay that the hotel is virtually an entire construction site. Not only did this deter visually from our stay, the noise at times was so loud that we could not even hear our friends while sitting next to each other at the pool. I believe that the hotel contacted some guests prior to the stay that this was happening but we were not lucky enough to receive this. Further we were charged the full rate and about 95% of the intercontinental rate around the corner. Secondly, the entire left side of our room had no power, hence the TV and coffee machine etc just did not work at all. We moved the coffee machine and plugged it in next to our bed to make coffee. Our Aircon was working however the wall terminal did not, which meant we couldn’t change the temperature which was far too cold. When we tried to go find someone to get assistance no one was there to be found. Even our breakfast was impacted when the gas line was been cut, which meant we couldn’t even have hash browns with our breakfast or scrambled eggs due to no gas. Whilst I fully understand the need to improve the hotel, and which I do think will be nice when it’s completed, what I don’t agree with is charging clients full price for staying there while this is all taking place. It is simply not fair, never mind the problems in the room which I assume were from the building works. The manager took 2 emails and a message to finally respond and offer 25% off the next stay which means nothing to us as we are international guests.

Amazing as always however these 5 stars goes to our server Kris aka “Queenie”. We had a private booth on the rooftop and Queenie went above and beyond to provide us with an UNBELIEVABLE service. Queenie was fun, friendly, bubbly and not to mention so quick with taking our order and bringing it out to us. Our night wouldn’t have been the same without Queenie, brought the vibe and even was kind enough to pop my phone on charge and take care of it. I will definitely be returning after that 12/10 service and will be specially requesting Queenie, I recommend you all do the same. Thank you Kris/ Queenie again for all your efforts and being so enthusiastic!!!

Great restaurant we booked last minute and got the best seat in the house right next to the window overlooking the sea. The food did not disappoint! Every meal was delicious, menu was much bigger than the site noted and pricing was really good!

Can't say much for the rooms. However judging by how well kept the establishment was. I'm sure the rooms are top notch as well. We had lunch in the sun with a fantastic view. The food was upmarket pub fair with ample portion sizes. Great veriaty and great drinks menu to boot.
