Cutlery, glasses are sparking clean. Staff always have a smile on there face. Cost is reasonable and love the seniors discounts. We had Giorgia today, and she was very lovely

Excellent service from Giorgia our waitress whom was very friendly & Emma who greeted us kindly whom served us and seated us. I will definitely return here, the food was incredible & priced very well. Lovely atmosphere & we were very satisfied. Thankyou to everyone at The Commercial Hotel

Who puts a pork roast on a menu and does not include apple sauce? Only the vegetables were edible, but this did not include fresh garden greens, only potato and pumpkin. The other meals were great.

Booked for 12 for lunch on 16/8/24. Friday lunchtime. Only 2 people working. Had to wait to order drinks. Line of at least 8 when ordering food. One person taking orders and also getting drinks. Food when it eventually came was mostly cold. Left sitting on counter for ages before being brought to tables. . Steak ordered was returned for reheating. Our whole table had cold chips and veges. Lots left as inedible. The fault is not that of server but of management who need to have more staff.. .we acknowledged to server that it was not her fault. She did pretty well under circumstances. Working under impossible conditions. Something needs to be improved. Just not enough staff to get food to tables. My second bad experience in last month. There wont be a third.
