From the moment you walk in the front door a lovely fresh smell then going up the lift to reception to level 7 it was very welcoming from staff Summer she was Amazing helpfull and nothing was a problem. I fully recommend this Hotel as it it a great location to the city in walking distance to everything I give the Hotel a big 5 stars as ill be back. Thank you Darren Batten

The hotel is conveniently located, which is a definite advantage. However, there are some significant issues that need to be addressed. The room was very dusty, and even after housekeeping had serviced it, it was clear they hadn’t vacuumed properly, as I found piles of hair in the corners. Additionally, there were visible stains throughout the room, as well as in the corridors, reception area, and dining room, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and comfort. Most of the staff were pleasant and professional, but unfortunately, one receptionist with short hair was exceptionally rude and displayed an attitude that is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I strongly recommend that management address her behavior to ensure guests are treated with respect and professionalism. With some improvements in cleanliness and staff training, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

This hotel's hygiene was extremely poor – this is the worst in terms of cleanliness among all IHG-affiliated hotels I've ever stayed in. When I wiped the TV console, bedside table, and vanity counter with clean wipes, without exception, the white wipes turned extremely yellow and black. Based on this observation, I have valid reasons to question the sanitation standards of the bedding and towels.

Excellent room. Neat and all facilities were available, plus friendly hotel staff. Special call-out - The front desk staff on floor 7, her name is Summer, a short hair cut lady (if I have got the name right, but attached her pic for reference) she was very good in service, and provided all required support. I request she gets an appreciation and a reward for her excellent work.
