Great experience. Commentary along the way. Which is very helpful. Booked via klook app. Upon request cruise company changed the booking. I appreciate the help. Weather is all over the shop in Melbourne. Be prepared for 4 seasons in a day. Must do guys

Easy and quick ticketing process. Friendly staff member, Fay. Boat comfortable and commentary was excellent. Crew on boat, Michael the pilot and his assistant, were efficient and friendly. I did the 2 hour cruise and thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Meeting point in front of Southgate mall. River cruise took me to a different scenery from the city. Viewing from the cruise allows me to see the way the locals live. We can see people running, kayaking or strolling. Very refreshing.

We were lucky to get a sunny day and the cruising was beautiful. The boat goes down river for an hour, then up river - so you can have a 1 or 2 hour cruise in whichever direction you want. The commentary is a recording (and was very good) but the Captain will jump in when he wants, and he was very informative. Can’t say much for the other guy - zero personality and barely even spoke, even when spoken to. We were lucky enough to catch a ship being piloted out, it stopped us from going the usual distance as the ship had precedence in the river, but it was a great view, and the Captain gave us a great commentary on the whole process.

Great activity to do if you want to appreciate the Melbourne views and get a little snippet of history without running all around the city! The commentary was all pre-recorded rather than live, and I found myself having to check Google maps a few times to make sure I was looking off the correct side of the boat. As pictured, some stunning views if it’s a sunny day! I did the highlights tour and definitely enjoyed the gardens trip more than the docks side due to the constantly beautiful garden scenery, but both are still a nice and informative experience. Staff are professional and there’s complimentary tea/coffee and a manned bar throughout. Only a couple seats outside if you want to view from out there, although considering it’s Melbourne and the weather can turn that’s probably ok!
