This hotel is an absolute GEM! Its location is super convenient to the Arts Centre, MCG, Southbank, CBD, Botanical Gardens and more. From the moment we walked in, there was a warm, welcoming and stylish vibe. Every staff member we had connections with were outstanding and radiated not only professionalism but a wonderful friendly attitude that really made us feel like more than just guests. Our room, a twin, was clean, compact and so well designed with lovely contemporary features - the bathroom amenities were so lovely, and the room had everything we needed, and more. Amazing little touches like a night torch, blockout blinds and pillow choices - very clever and thoughtful. The room was quiet too, and beds comfy. Our rate was inclusive of breakfast and wow, it was SO good. Fresh wholesome options of fruit, juices, cereals, pastries, eggs, bacon, toast, hash browns and tea and coffee. This hotel presents such great value and has really thought of everything - even a little kids play area in reception and a ping pong table - I have stayed in many many hotels, in Australia and overseas, and this one is right up the top for comfort, service , vibe and value. My Mum and I only stayed one night but what a lovely experience and we will certainly return for another stay and look forward to it. Accolades to all management and staff for creating a true Melbourne gem of a hotel : ) Thank you so much

We stayed here 8 nights (a long time), and we really liked it. The room was clean and dust free, the complimentary breakfast was good, and it was a short walk or tram ride to anywhere we wanted to go. The water pressure was also amazing. Like, literally the best water pressure I’ve ever had, and we were on the top floor. If I stay in Melbourne again I’ll probably come back here.

We stayed here for 5 days. The hotel is in an absolutely great location. Very good value for money, not one of those fancy five star hotels, but it has been okay.l for what you pay. The buffet breakfast is ok! sufficient for what you need, but they need to add some cheese options and salads. The hygiene of the room was generally good, but there were heaps of dust on the desks and under the beds if you move it by a tiny bit for whatever needs you may have. The parking costs extra but it has been very good and reliable with heaps of parkings available during the week.

Excellent location to Southbank in Melbourne. Clean and neat room with modern furnishings. The bathroom was well appointed with towels and nice smelling hand wash, moisturiser, shampoo and conditioner. We really enjoyed the stay, the bed was really comfortable, choice of firm or soft pillows was a great touch. The block out curtains were the best we've ever experienced! Then the buffet breakfast which was included was really yummy with eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, tomato, toast, sweet muffins, pastries. Barrista coffee was available at an extra cost, otherwise regular tea/coffee/ juice included.

Great Hotel.. fast lifts with 5 of them (sufficient for number of rooms) the only disappointment was the website said the restaurant (the great room) was 24/7 but when we wanted to get room service at 11:00pm. We were told the kitchen closes at nine and we could only get a ham and cheese toastie at this point. So we were very disappointed with that. False advertising. Otherwise great hotel, very good free breakfast. All in all a good stay and experience. Would stay again.
