Have not stayed at the hotel but have eaten many times at the bistro. The food is superb. A hidden jem. Fine dinning food at pub prices. Service with a smile personal attention from Karla was amazing Thank you Karla for making our night offering to take photos to remember our gathering.

When we arrived it smelled of strong chemicals. Rooms are clean, beds made, bar fridge stocked daily. But the shower has mould on the tiles and carpets don't seem vaccumed daily. Renovations to the bathroom and new fridge would up the standard of the rooms. Highlight was the bistro staff and their service! Loved their smiling faces and hospitality!

Stayed here for the holidays and it was fantastic, customer service was immaculate, the rooms were clean and very spacious, and the dining room had a vast array of delicious foods and drinks. Definitely recommend this place if you’re ever looking for hotel in Melbourne to stay and relax for the holidays. Would definitely come back again.

We stayed there recently. The location is superb, right in the heart of St Albans bounded by many restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets and the train station right next door which makes it very convenience. Not only mentioning the great location but the service here was also excellent, food was brilliant. Thai was a very friendly and helpful manager who ensured the check-in at this hotel was smooth. He was very accommodated upon our arrival and met our requests to the best of his ability. Thai deserves not only a big star, but 10 big stars. Thank you so much for having us there❤️
