Stayed one night to attend a Basket Ball game for my son. The reception staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was awesome with amazing food we had dinner, steak cooked to perfection, risotto and calamari. All meals were of great portion. All waiters in the restaurant were very tentative to us and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and our food was to our satisfaction. We also had breakfast as in room service which was also very nice, big breakfast and waffles plus a Latte which was all very good. Centrally located. Would definitely stay again.

An excellent stay. Good district views as the hotel occupies the top 4 floors of an 11 storey building. Liked the king bed, the shower with door, shelf for soap / shampoo / conditioner. Plenty of hooks, rails for towels. Clean and comfortable room. Kettle for tea needed a little cleaning (due to built up limescale). Would definitely stay again!

It was a last minute trip to Melbourne and we did not book anything. We walked into Holiday Inn and was attended by the lovely Lolita. Her service was warm and product knowledge was top notch. Gave us the best deal for our 1 night stay which includes breakfast and parking. We were given a room on the top floor which offered a great view over the town. Room was clean and modern. Switches by the beside came with USB ports. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was an adequate spread with your American breakfast options. There was a salad bar, pancake machine,coffee machine and a gigantic bottle of Nutella. It was really a great stay except that we keep hearing this metal clanging sound. But it did not disturb our sleep and we are light sleepers. Lots of food options and supermarkets within walking distance as well. If we ever stop by Werribee again we will definitely stay there again.

Excellent modern hotel with clean functional rooms and a nice restaurant on the 8th floor with views for miles around Melbourne and Victoria. The breakfast offering is very good with plenty of hot food options and reasons selectors of fruits and cereals.

The front office staff, especially Jerome, is very professional and friendly. We had a wonderful night at holidayInn and also made werribee back to a warming place to all of our family (especially our 3 kids) due to we whole family had a very bad experience at werribee zoo just before we checked in.
