Our Flagstaff Room is a flexible space that can be divided into multiple combinations. It can serve as one large venue for up to 185 people (reception/stand up function) or can be split into three to four individual meeting spaces. It can be transformed into a formal meeting room or a space for social events. Flagstaff Meeting Room features an abundance of natural light.

Room bigger than my expectation, it’s clean and comfortable. Love this hotel with very friendly staff, great location which just takes 10 minutes walk to Queen Victoria Market, many car park spaces in front of the hotel (be aware of the free time and meter is required after 7am with very reasonable price). If the water pressure and the amenities could be improved, it will be perfect.

We stayed here 4 nights and the overall experience was great. Nice clean modern rooms. Rooms were spacious. Wish they had more drawers to put clothes for long stays. Nice clean bathrooms though I would prefer locks on bathroom doors especially when we are traveling with kids. It is next to fire station though it didn’t bother as much during our 4 night stay.

It was a short stay for me, and I enjoyed every bit of it. The views from my room was perfect to spot NYE celebration fireworks. Since I was traveling with my kids, it wasn't possible to walk out for the midnight celebration. Otherwise both Docklands and Flinders St were ~10 minutes walk. The breakfast menu was very nice and staff was very courteous.

The hotel's location, room amenities, and front desk service were consistent with the room rates and the brand's positioning. Overall, my stay largely met expectations, with one notable exception. I stayed at the hotel for two nights, with breakfast included in the room rate. On the day of my departure, I had an early flight and was unable to dine in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff declined my request for a takeaway breakfast box. This experience was disappointing and inconsistent with the service I have received at other hotels of a similar caliber. For this reason, I am unable to give the hotel a full five-star review.

Stayed here for one night as part of a work trip. Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Room itself was modern and clean. The bed was really comfortable, bathroom and amenities also modern. My room had an outside balcony which was really welcome and useful for a couple of glasses of wine that evening with colleagues. I think the only feedback from me is that we ordered two bottles of sparkling wine and they didn’t get delivered with an ice bucket. Not the end of the world, just a small thing I thought was odd. Anyways, would more than happily stay here again!!!
