I had a beautiful latte, along with an egg and BLT roll. The fluffy bread, perfectly fried egg, crispy bacon, lettuce, and tomato... absolutely perfect. Both were so delicious. There was relaxing music playing inside, and the soft morning light was gently streaming in from the window-side seats.I love the cozy and warm interior with the whites and wood tones. It’s a great place to unwind, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you're coming from the city by public transport, I recommend taking the tram and bus (Dynon Rd → Lloyd St → Lennon St) to reach this spot. Or maybe you can only take a bus. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and thanks to them, today is off to a great start. Highly recommended.

What a hidden gem! My partner and I often stop over in the morning on our way to work and we've always experienced great service, friendly staff and really good coffee and Italian desserts. Recently had one of their bombolone doughnuts and torta caprese which were really good!

This is a truly unique experience. Nestled in a beautifully renovated 100-year-old mill building, the atmosphere is exceptional. The staff are fantastic hosts, making you feel genuinely welcome. The food is outstanding - try the delicious focaccia, pastries, and meatballs. The coffee is spot on. The wine selection is equally impressive. Melbourne's best new secret!

@silo.nine 📍 MUST VISIT New Hidden underneath a restored Industrial Flour Mill - love the aesthetic vibes of this gem for locals in this unassuming location 🏭✨☕️ The refurbished space looks so cosy and welcoming. Their in house bake shop looks incredible & their @stremiocoffee is excellent. They offer a range of wines too with plans to open in the evening in the future 🍷 ☕️ Offering 100 free coffees for their opening on 14 Oct 2024✨ Google maps needs better directions but best to get there from Lloyd St- plenty of onsite car park available. Must come back for breakfast but currently only open on weekdays 😭.

Checked out this place which is a 1-2 min walk from my work and was very disappointed. The hot chocolate was at best lukewarm warm and my mates coffee ended up in the microwave to add some heat. The servo (Pie face) coffees and hot chocolates are a better quality and are actually hot in comparison. The ham & cheese croissant was well overdone with the ends having a charcoal taste. Very disappointed for the price. I’ll happily pay to dollar for quality which this clearly isn’t. Service was good, ability to prep orders was bad. Vibe is cool, don’t know if the vibe of this place will work in this location. Not that many hippies around…
