SUPERB experience with Mantra Studio Kitchen Bar. I held my 40th here for 50 people and the venue was perfect. The light streaming through windows, gorgeous tear drop lighting and GREENERY meant I didn’t need to lift a finger with decoration just a few choice personalised displays. From the get go David stood apart from other venues. He replied enquires for one! He was quick to invite me to visit the venue and get a feel for the place in person. He spent hours with me on minute detail of how I wanted the evening to go. The food selection was expansive and accomodating to meat eaters and vegan guests I had. The guests adored the food especially lamb cutlet mushroom bao .. got compliments aplenty on it next day. The staff were exceptional. Worked seamlessly with my MC and felt like part of the group of friends and fam attending my birthday. As the birthday girl they kept reminding me to eat and holding vegan food aside for me so that I would not go without while floating around socialising. Other notes: -I had free leeway to drop things off as the event approached. - On the night I didn’t have to pack up was fine to pick up things next day at lunch - Flat venue and food fee so I knew what I was in for - Excellent selection of quality drinks - Seamless projector to add a video or loop photographs - Good option to sit inside or in courtyard area rain or shine Separate room for me to have a time out and change out fits

Mantra Studio is a beautiful space tucked away in Yarraville. We had our wedding reception here and cannot recommend it highly enough. Dave and Patsy were incredibly accommodating while we planned our reception. They were happy to meet with us several times while we figured out seating arrangements and were even going to make new tables to accommodate our guests. They met with our caterer to organise catering and kitchen use. They provided bar, wait and kitchen staff for the day; staff were friendly and efficient. There is a larger studio with a stage at the back which we were able to use for a Hindu ceremony. Patsy and Dave were very respectful of the rituals and requirements of our ceremony. They have a great sound system and microphones available to use. We were lucky to find Mantra Studio. We had an amazing wedding reception and many great memories!

I happened to come across this place while looking for a place to get a drink outside of Melbourne. This was by far the friendliest and most attentive restaurant I've been to in the area and the food was amazing! We were welcomed with smiling faces, invited to play trivia immediately by the trivia host and offered a custom experience including fantastic cocktails and food recommendations. Everything about the visit that evening was enjoyable and I highly recommend this restaurant. Special thanks to Kat for the fantastic margarita and suggestions for our next adventure.

Surprising little hideaway! Went here with friends for an early dinner before going to a show on a Saturday night. Chose it because of location and we were really surprised to find a two level, beautifully fitted out eating space. Food was delicious. Cocktails were great. Service was friendly. Seating was ok.

Interesting place and concept with ambitious and surprisingly expensive menu. Presentation was good but everything tasted fairly bland. Dined in early Feb 2021 before the lockdown.
