Such a beautiful place to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon in the beer garden right on the foreshore of the stunning Swan River with views of the historical Canning Bridge and Perth City ❤️ The menu is simple but delicious, ordering was easy using the QR code on the table. Food came out quickly with the standout being the Steak sandwich and Beef burger!! Absolutely delicious!! Good dessert menu here as well which helped to finish off a lovely meal. Had to take one star off as the bar staff weren't overly friendly, borderline rude when telling me they were out of Heineken on tap. Not their fault of course but sounding quite unsympathetic 🤷 Table wait staff were EXCELLENT though!!! Made us feel welcome and comfortable 😍 Can't wait to visit again 😍

Our event was absolutely fantastic. From the set up help (thankyou Izzy!) to the bar staff making sure everything ran smoothly, to the entire organisation of the event leading up to the day was just incredible. We would not hesitate to run another event at the raffles in the future. Everything was so well done and the vision I had for the party really came to life thanks to Izzy. Such a great place to host events! Pizzas were delicious & drinks were great too.

Went here for a work dinner mid week. We had a private room upstairs which was perfect. It was a set menu. There were several platters for entree which included mixed meats (nothing more than deli meats arranged on a plate), a flat bread which looked like an anaemic pizza with some chile as the only flavouring on the pizza bread. We also had some kebabs or chevups on sticks which were nice. Main was a choice of steak or barramundi. You had no choice of how the steak was to be cooked. I like medium rare but they were all coming in cooked medium rare on a small bed of mash and a couple of sprigs of broccolini. This was all barely warm so had obviously been sitting a while before being served. I ordered the meat which closer to medium rare than medium rare it was nice albeit a bit chewey. The people that had the barramundi said they enjoyed the fish. Desert was served as alternating between came or pavlova. I ended up trading for a pav which was a small store bought mini pavlova with some cream and fruit on top. While I enjoyed the event any the venue, the food was a bit sub par.

Today our family celebrated Mother’s Day at the Raffles with the most amazing high tea! It’s our annual tradition - we pick a different place to go to each year. This year, I left the decision about where to go until about 3 weeks prior, and was panicking until I was prompted by a Facebook ad. What a fantastic decision it was to click on that ad! Everything was just superb! The high tea was held in their function space on the second floor, with to-die-for views of the Swan River. A pianist and singer duo played Live music at one end of the room and they were incredible. We entered and were greeted with warm smiles at the entrance below, and then again when we reached the top of the stairs. We all received a glass of Spritz upon entry. We ordered the non alcoholic package and didn’t feel like we missed out on anything - although the bubbles were 0.0%, it didn’t disappoint! I loved it! There was so much food on offer in the beautifully curated tiered stands on the table - croissants filled with tarragon chicken (my fav dish of the day), smoked salmon bagels, egg sandwiches, scones, danishes and mini cakes. Thank goodness we hadn’t eaten brekky beforehand! We all kept looking at each other giggling as we had no real idea what to expect, and it was oh so special and decadent, our mum felt very spoiled!!! From the decorations on all the tables to the spacious tables and beautiful menus. The staff were constantly checking in on us, but they weren’t annoying…just very attentive. One of their staff was even taking photos and gave us a cute insta photo to take home as a memento. This was definitely the most decadent, most special high tea we’ve been to in all the 10 years we’ve been holding our high tea tradition!!! Every detail was meticulous, not just the food, but the service, the planning, the smiles on all the faces of the staff who all came across as really caring about us all and wanting to make sure we had a great time!!! I can’t thank you all enough for making this event so special and for giving up YOUR Sunday to make sure we enjoyed ours!!!! What an amazing team of people you have!!! I will be singing the praises of The Raffles for evermore!
