For this price point. This was good value. Service staff were all friendly and caring. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Breakfast was well made. Just that it was the same everyday. Location was good for a holiday as it is near bus stop with free bus into city. It is situated near a big field with a nice path to take a walk by the lake. And many car rental shops nearby. Would come back again.

First time in Perth with my family and looking for quick accommodation due to issues with another hotel I booked. The assistant manager was more than accommodating in our situation, very informative regarding the area with things to do/parking etc. Room was amazing and exactly what we needed. Clean, modern facilities and exceptional service from all staff. Cheap accommodation and a great location. Will definitely book again.

Good location for sight seeing. Easy access to bus. Great staff to take care of customers. Room is but smaller though clean enough to stay here as much as you need.

From the start I was greeted by very helpful & friendly staff when I arrived early. The rooms and all of the common areas are extremely clean & new and at no point did I feel the hotel was run down or poorly managed, as with some in other cities I have stayed at. The shower room was very clean & new too. The restaurant was very handy & provided a great selection of food & beverages.

The restaurant service was friendly, efficient and the food and drinks served were excellent. Our room was well appointed and very clean. We highly recommend this hotel.
