Kids loved it here for a splash. The water slide was a hit with miss 5 and our 2 yo loved the baby section with small fountains. Water was actually comfortably warm (it was a cold winter's day when we went). The lazy river is pretty fast but fun! Very attentive life guards 🙏🏼😊

Water is luke warm at best. Half the kids are shivering. One instructor was not great, her voice was lower than a whisper and couldn't control the kids at all. Reception staff and lifeguards were very rude to my husband and I on a few occasions. Only plus is cost and the cafe. We also had one great instructor but the bad outweighs the good unfortunately.

Absolutely great arena, take my little girl to attend jungle sports on Monday, she loves it. The lemon tree café is pretty good. Service is friendly, food and coffee are tasty.

We decided to give HBF Arena another go, and it was 4* considering there's not many options in and around the Wanneroo/ Joondalup area. The staff was helpful and looked cheerful despite the hot weather. We enjoyed the cooler temp in the pool and around the arena. The cafe was clean and spacious. Will return. Cheers
