I been a Kalamunda hotel for dinner and some events every time we have been there the service has been 5 out of 5. They’re very friendly. They go on Out and beyond for your requests. I have had a great time whilst frequenting the bar at Kalamunda Hotel over the past couple of weeks whilst visiting my dad. The beer is cold, the food is great, there are some great outdoor areas with misting systems to help you cool off, there is a sports bar area and restaurant, the bar staff are very helpful and friendly. A special mention for Aaron and Kyle who have made me feel extremely welcome during my visit, thank you guy's, I hope to see you both again next year.

Service is none existent and the staff think it’s their night out not the customers, they can walk past you like they need a guide dog no eye contact means they can just wander around doing their own things. The staff are More interested in having a chat then talking to the customers Need a manager to run things place is like an active industries day care!!
