Clayton was fantastic — I was able to book in the boardroom at short notice, which was a huge help. The location is excellent, with easy parking and a short, convenient walk. Highly recommend both the space and Clayton’s hospitality if you're looking to use a working space or meeting room in a seriously convenient location!

Great offsite meeting space for team collaboration. Easy to book and quick follow ups and check ins from Clayton. Room had all the necessary meeting aids including large screen, whiteboard and markers. Great coffee across the road to fuel the meeting. Highly recommend

I’ve had the pleasure of working at Leederhouse since the start of the year, and it’s quickly become one of my favourite work environments. The location is unbeatable as it’s close to some of the best food spots in Perth, which makes lunch meetings and morning meetings a real treat. However, what truly sets Leederhouse apart is the people. I’ve gotten to know an incredible mix of kind-spirited and driven individuals who make coming into work something to look forward to. Excellent Shared Office Space in the heart of Leederville Leeder House is a great shared office space. The environment is modern, clean, and incredibly well-maintained with added extras such as tea, coffee and full kitchen facilities. Fast and reliable internet connection, which is independent to each room in the building. The meeting room is well-equipped with a full board table and easy-to-use video conferencing. Clayton and the team are professional and always willing to assist with anything you need. We started as a casual hirer of the board room and are now an ongoing tenant. The location is convenient, with great access to public transport, cafes, and other amenities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality coworking, office or meeting space!

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 2 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking providing you give 5 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
